The purpose of the Limited Mold Survey is to detect the presence of mold in the "Client" defined area of the property.

Scope:

1. Limited Mold Survey consists of visual assessment for mold problems in areas designated by You and the collection of/analysis of sample(s) in these designated area(s).

2. The objective of the Limited Mold Survey is to determine whether mold problems exist in the designated area(s) sampled at the time the Limited Mold Survey is performed.

3.
Results are indicative of the presence or absence of mold in the area sampled at the time the Mold Survey is performed.

4.
In the absence of Threshold Limit Values (TLV's) for the majority of biological origins, we follow the guidelines of the ACGIH.

5. This inspection is not technically exhaustive and therefore the fee charged is substantially less.

6.
Following the visual inspection, appropriate samples will be collected and sent for laboratory analysis and a written report will be provided to the client that states whether mold or conditions indicating mold were found in the designated areas.

The purpose of the Mold Screen is to detect the presence of a microbial problem in the inspected areas of the Subject Property.

Scope:

1. Mold Screen consists of a visual assessment in readily accessible areas for mold and/or conditions that may indicate the presence of mold (“red flags”).

2. If “red flags” are found in multiple areas, additional samples may be indicated/required.

3. Two air samples (one indoor and one outdoor) along with a carpet, swab or additional air sample in one of the common areas will be conducted.

4. The objective of the Mold Screen is to determine whether mold problems exist in the designated area(s) sampled at the time the Mold Screen is performed.

5. Results are indicative of the presence or absence of mold in the areas sampled at the time the Mold Survey is performed.

6. In the absence of Threshold Limit Values (TLV’s) for the majority of biological origins, we follow the guidelines of the ACGIH.

7. Following the visual inspection, appropriate samples will be collected and sent for laboratory analysis and a written report will be provided to the client that states whether mold or conditions indicating mold were found in the designated areas.

The purpose of the Mold Survey is to identify, determine causes and provide corrective measures for all mold sources for which remediation specifications are to be produced/required.

Scope:

1. Mold Survey consists of a visual assessment in readily accessible areas for mold and/or conditions that may indicate the presence of mold ("red flags").

2. If "/redflag.phpred flags" are found in multiple areas, additional samples may be indicated/required.

3. Two air samples (one indoor and one outdoor) along with a carpet, swab or additional air sample in one of the common areas will be conducted.

4. The objective of the Mold Survey is to determine whether mold problems exist in the designated area(s) sampled at the time the Mold Survey is performed.

5. Results are indicative of the presence or absence of mold in the areas sampled at the time the Mold Survey is performed.

6. In the absence of Threshold Limit Values (TLV’s) for the majority of biological origins, we follow the guidelines of the ACGIH.

7. Following the visual inspection, appropriate samples will be collected and sent for laboratory analysis and a written report will be provided to the client that identifies types and levels of molds reading sampling along with sample locations; a description of each type mold discovered and any additional actions recommended and why.

8. If all "red flag" areas are sampled, Remediation Specifications will be proved (based on current EPA guidelines).

The purpose of the Mold Clearance Test is to determine the success of the mold remediation efforts inside of existing containment areas to document the areas remediated are safe for occupants to safely enter.

Scope:

1. Mold Clearance Testing consists of a visual assessment for mold problems in areas or remediation activities and the collection/analysis of sample(s) in these designated area(s).

2. Determine if mold problems still exist in the designated area(s).

3. Clearance air sampling will consist of sampling all contaminated areas using the ACGIH air sampling protocol.

4. Results are indicative of the presence or absence of mold in the areas sampled at the time the Mold Clearance is performed.

5. For each contained area, two (2) indoor air samples and one outdoor sample will be collected.

6. Appropriate samples will be sent for laboratory analysis and a written report will be provided that identifies the presence and types of mold.

7. Acceptable clearance is reached when air samples collected indoors being quantitatively equal to or less than the outdoor samples, and qualitatively equal.

8.In the absence of Threshold Limit Values (TLV’s) for the majority of biological origins, we follow the guidelines of the ACGIH.

The purpose of the Mold Post-Cleaning Test is to determine the success of the mold remediation efforts in Client identified areas to document the areas cleaned are safe for occupants to safely enter.

Scope:

1. Mold Post-Cleaning Testing consists of a visual assessment for mold problems in areas or cleaning activities and the collection/analysis of sample(s) in these designated area(s).

2. Determine if mold problems still exist in the designated cleaning area(s) sampled.

3. Post-Cleaning air sampling will consist of sampling all contaminated areas using the ACGIH air sampling protocol.

4. Results are indicative of the presence or absence of mold in the areas sampled at the time the Mold Post-Cleaning test is performed.

5. For each containment area(s), two (2) indoor air samples and one outdoor sample will be collected.

6. Appropriate samples will be sent for laboratory analysis and a written report will be provided that identifies the presence and types of mold.

7. Acceptable Post-Cleaning is reached when air samples collected indoors being quantitatively equal to or less than the outdoor samples, and qualitatively equal.

8. In the absence of Threshold Limit Values (TLV's) for the majority of biological origins, we follow the guidelines of the ACGIH.
